I am new to the UK and had been looking to rent my first home in the UK. I was contacted by Oyster proprieties after my Interest in one of the properties listed in a platform and they have been very helpful since.The agent who helped me with renting/ referencing is Gemma Groogan. Gemma has been really helpful from the first time she contacted me regarding renting my current property. Given I am new to the country (by extension the process of renting a home) I had many questions which she helped clarify. She was also helpful with my referencing as a first-time renter. I would like to thank Gemma for all the help throughout this period.I had been contacted by many different agents at different times since I've moved in may it be through phone or email. It was quite tough to keep track of the topics that were being discussed. I'd recommend streamlining this communication a bit better. Otherwise I had a good experience with Oyster Proprieties so far in my renting journey.
