The Government have now updated the Home Moving Guide for England, copy of which can be found on the link below – https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-advice-on-home-moving-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak.

We have taken several steps to reduce the amount of people that we come into contact with to help reduce the spread of the virus. Our Industry is not as impacted as many others; we can continue to value properties, prepare them for marketing, arrange viewings, negotiate and agree sales or lets and we can continue to help sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants – we just have to do it a slightly different way for the time being. Although our office is open – we are only allowing people to come in by appointment only. We have set up our systems to be able to carry out virtual viewings on most of our properties.
