Director of Oyster Properties, she handles the Administrative and Accounts Department. She ensures that the company’s administrative work is being controlled with accuracy and 100% compliance. In addition, she leads in keeping track of all records while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity.

Sarju Shah
Director/Branch Manager
The Director & Branch Manager of Arnos Grove Office, he leads the office in teaching the employees how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork or administrative works. Also, he discuss with the team the overall status of the office, thus offer advice and motivation for the success of the business.

Nick Patel
Rental Manager
As a Manager in Rentals Department, it’s not an easy position to deal with but with his incomparable experiences and knowledge of the business, he was able to contribute vastly to the company’s growth and progress. He has been working with the company for more than 5years now and he still happy and enthusiastic to work with the company. Managing the Rentals Department is his cup of tea, as he was able to established rapport with the tenant and landlords.

Irina Valeva
Sales Manager
Joined the company in 2012 as a Sales Negotiation after completing her master’s degree in Marketing Communications. Since then Irina has progressed to become our Sales Manager and gained RICS accreditation in residential and commercial property valuations. Irina specialises in both sale and valuation of properties across North and North West London. Irina is widely experienced and knowledgeable in offering professional and reliable advice and she supports her clients throughout the complete process of buying and selling. Outside of work Irina enjoys practicing yoga, county walks and travel.

Carmela Gabriel
Accounts & Compliance
As an Administrative Associate she supports the Administrative Department and anticipates the need of business. Her core job role is to assist in resolving adhoc administrative problems for the Managers and specially the CEO.

Minal Mepani
Maintenance Manager
Based in the Stanmore office has worked with the company for few years now. Minal has graduated as an LLB from University of Western Australia before moving to UK. She is highly attentive, organised and an excellent problem solver which is imperative in a high pressure property management environment. Minal is able to establish good working relationships with landlord, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are well maintained. She manages over several hundred properties with her support team for the lettings portfolio. Minal loves the fact that everyday is different, meeting new people, seeing a variety of properties and improving her knowledge and experience, she is always there to help. A team that always takes pride in what they do and how efficiently it is done, here to help everyone

Gemma Groogan
Rentals Negotiator
Working for the Stanmore office rentals team, joined couple of years ago as an apprenticeship. Since then she has exceeded in every aspect of her job role, with a reputation for going the extra mile with a ‘’do everything and anything’’ attitude towards her clients. She enjoys working in lettings and meeting with new people as well as seeing an array of properties on a daily basis. Each day presents new tasks to complete or solve and this keeps her on her toes each day. Rest be assured, her clients are in safe hands and as a result of her tenacity and talent the reviews her client give are only ever five out of five!

As part of our Service Partner Office she has the commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets and reporting any deviations. As a Sales Associate she deals with all leads; follow up viewings, marketing of properties in our partner property portals.

Hiral Shah
Accounts & HR
Works as the Accounts and Human Resource in the company. She has been working with the company and also in-charge of the Payroll works. She is self-motivated, has integrity, analytical ability, organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines. She ensures that all his deliverables are completed in an appropriate turn-around and 100% accurate. Since she’s dealing with figures, integrity and confidentially is being perceived when completing her workloads.

Hemangi Deru
Certified Financial Planner
Started her career at Oyster Properties in April 2017, having graduated with a First Class degree in Accounting & Finance from Kent University. She is now progressing towards qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).She is responsible for managing the day to day rental accounts ensuring all landlords and contractors are paid in a timely manner. She always goes beyond and above what is expected to provide a prompt and efficient service. Her interests out of work include long walks, socialising with friends and enjoying time with family.

Dean Manandhar
Sales Negotiator
As a Sales Negotiator, he meets and host all potential buyers for show arounds and access their needs on day-to-day basis. Having an extensive experience in Hotel and Serviced Apartments Industry, in a short period he has managed to build a client base and maintains good relationships with them. His colleagues describe him as a calm, soft spoken and polite person.

Pauleen Punsalang
Maintenance Executive
As a Maintenace Executive, she assists on processing all managed properties in terms of booking property inspections appointment, completion of safety certificates, utility transfer of new tenants and other adhoc tasks which relates to property maintenance.

Kumar Gurung
Rentals Negotiator
Kumar started out as a property inspection clerk and assistant to the rental team from which he gained valuable experience. This led him to progressed within the company as a Lettings Negotiator for the Arnos Grove office.
