In October 2021 I had a pleasure of doing some business with Manesh Shah and Hemangi Deru of Oyster properties. I had to renew my annual rental agreement with my tenants. I had been with my previous estate agents for last 10 years and each year I was paying a hefty price to get the annual rental agreement renewed. I discussed my predicament with Manesh and straight away he said he would me help me to resolve my issue. Manesh immediately put me onto Hemangi. I worked with Hemangi on the rental agreement and managed to complete the renewal process in time and at fraction of the cost. I moved to London in November 2020 and had to isolate for 2 weeks. I had to find an apartment in 4 weeks and couldn't quite do a physical viewing the first two weeks. Bought buy to let with tenants so more complex than normal but Sarju was excellent with options available to us to make informed decisions. Their products are simple easy to understand when it comes to offering rent protection which I really liked as appose to an underwritten policy by insurance company, we know what’s covered which in turn helped make our decision making easier. My partner and I were going from a house share to a 2 bed flat. Previously, we had not been impressed with the way some lettings agents had rushed viewings or had arranged other potential clients to view the property at the same time, but Oyster really impressed us. Umit was punctual, allowed us to take our time viewing the property and was very warm personally. All questions were answered (if he did not know, he didn't pretend, found out and got back to us in a timely fashion).After the move he actually called to make sure everything had gone smoothly, which is a really nice touch.I cannot recommend Oyster Properties enough!

Very proffessional but also individual service which I don't think you would get from bigger estate agents. Always on the other end of phone or text. Very responsive in getting answers and getting things done quickly. Even after opening after covid lockdown from offer to sale 8 weeks!! Really pleased with pictures and video great marketing. Very professional and responsive service! I needed to rent a place urgently in London, so contacted the agency after seing a place online. A lady called Gemma helped me throuout the renting process, making it really smooth and stress-free! Genuinely professional service from Nick Patel and Gemma Grogan at Oyster Properties Estate agent in Stanmore. I cannot of asked for more from Nick Patel,the manager of Lettings. He explained everything thoroughly in the process of renting my property for the first time. Gemma was really good as well in always keeping me updated with emails regarding my property.

I have never dreamed of such an easy and straight forward process of changing our properties.
