Really nice experience so far, which is rare for agencies. I started my tenancy on the 04jul23 and the communication with the agent (Gemma)/agency has been very good. Based on my previous experiences with other agencies, Oyster has shown transparency and care for the tenants - they are very prompt in responding queries and sending info.I’ll update if I have any issues later on, but the property I moved into was pretty well taken care off, so I believe everything will go smoothly. I’ve logged 1 issue through the property management system and the respond was pretty quick.
