In October 2021 I had a pleasure of doing some business with Manesh Shah and Hemangi Deru of Oyster properties. I had to renew my annual rental agreement with my tenants. I had been with my previous estate agents for last 10 years and each year I was paying a hefty price to get the annual rental agreement renewed. I discussed my predicament with Manesh and straight away he said he would me help me to resolve my issue. Manesh immediately put me onto Hemangi. I worked with Hemangi on the rental agreement and managed to complete the renewal process in time and at fraction of the cost. Hi, I recently had the pleasure in dealing with Gemma Groogan of the Stanmore office/branch, for my move in July 2020. Gemma, at all times assisted and provided all the help (and instant responses to my many funny and difficult questions/queries) which at times, was far beyond my expectations, due to my previous experiences. Very professional and responsive service! I needed to rent a place urgently in London, so contacted the agency after seing a place online. A lady called Gemma helped me throuout the renting process, making it really smooth and stress-free! She always replied to my emails or calls promply and was very helpful for every issue I have raised regarding the house or contract. We were able to settle-up everything in 2 days. Very happy with the agent, would certainly reccomend them!

Genuinely professional service from Nick Patel and Gemma Grogan at Oyster Properties Estate agent in Stanmore. I cannot of asked for more from Nick Patel,the manager of Lettings. He explained everything thoroughly in the process of renting my property for the first time. Gemma was really good as well in always keeping me updated with emails regarding my property.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service this company offers compared to other agents. In addition to competitive rates, the team are professional and friendly and always respond to phone calls and emails immediately. Me and my wife will certainly continue to use oyster properties in stanmore and recommend them to anyone who wishes to rent or sell their property in the area.

I have never dreamed of such an easy and straight forward process of changing our properties.
Oyster Properties along with Gemma, Bianca, Hema, Carl, and all their staff, they have restored my confidence in the estate agents and agencies. I have really tried with other "very fancy" companies to find a property to meet my family needs and requests. They did a perfect job from every point of view!

After using 2 other estate agents in the North London area without success we approached Oyster estate agent in Arnos Grove to sell our house .from day one we where met by a smart curtious man called "Manesh".
He was very professional, new his market and set about introducing prospective buyers from the following day.
With in no time we had more than one offer and decided with the offer that best suited our needs .
Manesh remained in contact fully throughout the selling stage and kept us up to date as the legal side took over .I would definitely recommend this estate agents if you want to sell your property quick in their catchment area.
