Rental Process - Tenants

We cover most of North/North London and some surrounding areas and our offices located in Stanmore and Arnos Grove are conveniently and prominently so located so you can pop in whenever you want.
With vast experience in finding properties for people to rent in these areas we are very confident that we can make your move as stress free as possible.
REGISTER YOUR DETAILS - Contact us or visit our branch where we can discuss your property requirements, alternatively register online and one of our negotiators will contact you.
PROPERTY SEARCH - With our expert knowledge and understanding your criteria we can show you properties that match your requirements, however early viewings are recommended to secure a property.
VIEWINGS - We will accompany viewings and try to arrange times that suit you, our experienced negotiators will endeavour to be as flexible as possible.
SELECTING A PROPERTY - Once you have found your property we will guide you through the complete process, including referencing. Your information will be sent to the Landlord for acceptance.
PAPERWORK - Once the Landlord has confirmed they would like to proceed then we will prepare the relevant paperwork called the Tenancy Agreement, which will need to be signed by both parties. An inventory is also completed prior to the start of tenancy noting the condition and contents of the property. This will be forwarded to the Landlord and Tenant.
RENT & DEPOSIT - A rental payment and rental deposit is required in advance from the tenant. The deposit is reimbursed at the end of the tenancy subject to the details of your tenancy and a successful inventory check out report. As per recent legislation, we will arrange for your deposit to be registered under a Tenancy Deposit Scheme and held securely for the duration of the tenancy.
COMPLETION - Congratulations, you can now begin your tenancy!
